The office is located in Livorno Via delle Cateratte 90/6 where it was moved at the beginning of 2001 in an owned 100 sq.m. apartment, in the new "Vetreria Borma Commercial Complex" in the industrial area adiacent to the Port.
The Partners are directly involved in the management as far as participating to all concerns commercial and operational activities: our centralized management system and related synergistic activities help us to minimize our costs and pass on the benefits to our clients and principals.
We mainly committed to the sales function with a dedicated team, through constant follow up of client relations, sales calls, market analysis and strategic sales management meetings.
Particular attention has been given to the selection of qualified staff, being persuaded of the importance of the human element of the service sector : for the same reason we are investing in our staff through on the job and external training.
Continuous development of our information systems has been pursued, to meet the needs of our principals and clients, making use of the most innovative technologies available.
Our main frame is based on a IBM RISC 6000 Unix System interfaced with MS Windows Net of P.C.s and was successfully used on data exchanges via intranet with represented owners.
